Tool Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 90 days from receipt of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in working condition without visible usage markings. It must also include the original receipt of purchase. Sorry, but we can not accept returns on batteries, disposable gloves, shirts, hats, fuses, or gift cards. All battery sales are final. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any battery as these are consumable goods and cannot be reused or resold. Also, all diagnostic products from Thinkcar, Redline Detection, Power Probe, Bosch or any other diagnostic tool manufacturer not listed that has been registered or used in any way will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if the product is determined to not be defective by the manufacturer or the Carnage Tools support team. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send your item with your contact information and receipt to the address below.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if tracking isn't provided.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank policy as often some processing time before a refund is posted exists. Also, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

 

Defective item (if applicable)
If you receive an item that is DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us within 3 days of the confirmed delivery. We can exchange for a same new item as long as the original packaging is included with the DOA item and that we determine that there are no signs of usage.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective prior to or within the first 90 days of you receiving them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carnagetools.com and send your item to:
